Motorcyclist Dies In Early Morning Dallas Motorcycle Accident

An early morning Dallas accident involving a motorcycle, 18-wheeler and SUV resulted in the death of one motorcyclist. It is currently believed that a motorcyclist attempting to merge onto Interstate 35 clipped the curb, causing him to lose control and get thrown to the ground. An SUV then proceeded to run over the motorcyclist as he lay on the ground. The driver of the SUV failed to stop at the scene of the accident. The driver of an 18-wheeler was forced to lock his breaks in an effort to avoid the accident, which caused the 18wheeler to collide with two other cars. Fortunately, no injuries resulted from the

A yet unidentified motorcyclist died early Thursday morning on Interstate 20 in a Dallas wreck with an
18 wheeler. A police officer attempted to pull the motorcyclist over at 2:30 a.m. due to speeding. The motorcyclist decided to run from the police officer and drove away at a high rate of speed. The police officer did not engage in a chase but could see the motorcycle swerving in between 18-wheelers. Eventually the officer saw a bright explosion and fireball caused by the motorcycle colliding with an 18-wheeler. The

Teen Suspected Of Drunk Driving Kills Motorcyclist In Crash

An 18 year old female is being held in Tarrant County jail charged with intoxication manslaughter following a late night car accident. Early reports indicate that Cristan Jerri Melancon was driving a Jeep Wrangler in Keller, Texas around 12:30 a.m. last night when she pulled out and struck a motorcycle driven by Jason Wakeford. Mr. Wakeford was pronounced dead at John Peter Smith Hospital about an hour later. Investigating officers believe Ms. Melancon was intoxicated at the time of the car accident. Cedar Hill Teen Killed In Motorcycle Crash

Nineteen year old Justin Armstrong of Cedar Hill, Texas (which is a suburb of Dallas, Texas), died late Sunday night in a motorcycle accident. The initial investigation determined that Mr. Armstrong was traveling at a high rate of speed on Highway 360 in Arlington, Texas, when he lost control and crashed into a guardrail. Two other vehicles at the scene of the motorcycle accident were damaged, but it is unclear if they were in any way directly involved in the motorcycle accident that resulted in Mr. Armstrong losing his life.
