An early morning Dallas accident involving a motorcycle, 18-wheeler and SUV resulted in the death of one motorcyclist. It is currently believed that a motorcyclist attempting to merge onto Interstate 35 clipped the curb, causing him to lose control and get thrown to the ground. An SUV then proceeded to run over the motorcyclist as he lay on the ground. The driver of the SUV failed to stop at the scene of the accident. The driver of an 18-wheeler was forced to lock his breaks in an effort to avoid the accident, which caused the 18wheeler to collide with two other cars. Fortunately, no injuries resulted from the
18-wheeler accident. For more on this story, click on the below video.

A Northlake, Texas officer is recuperating at home after surviving a crash with a suspected drunk driver and an 18 Wheeler. The car wreck occurred when the suspected drunk driver rear ended the police officer, pushing him directly into the path of the oncoming 18 Wheeler. The officer and the individual in the back of his police car both survived the accident. What makes this story more compelling is that on Christmas day, the same police officer was run over by the driver of a suspected stolen SUV, with the tires nearly missing his head.
